My total score: ______________

Above 60: You have a generally high self-esteem. Celebrate!!! However, remember that there is always room for improvement and if you want to increase or even just maintain the level of self-esteem that you are at now you need to put some energy and time into doing so.

45-60: You’re self-esteem is not at top, but it’s not at the bottom either. You have lots of potential to develop yourself, and if you start to seriously start to work on your self-esteem you will probably notice changes in your life quite quickly.

Below 45: You need to work on your self-esteem. Many aspects of your life could become a lot better if you had a greater sense of personal worth. At the moment you are not only stopping yourself from living the successful life that you were born to have, but you are also very likely pulling others in your life down. Working on your self-esteem can be hard when you are at this level, but you also have the most to win. Your life will start to change dramatically once you have raised your self-esteem.
