My big passion in life is to make people realise things about themselves that they had not realised before and that have life-transforming impacts on their lives. I get a kick out of noticing when I manage to have such a great impact on another person's life that his or her life will not be the same after talking to me as it was before we spoke.
I've done many crazy things in my life. I have performed in several musicals and international theatre festivals. I love dancing and singing. I have tried parachute jumping and sky gliding. I have a scuba driving license that I haven't used in far too long time. I know how to sail and I've recently discovered that skiing is great fun!
I grew up on the beautiful island of Öland in the south-east of Sweden. When I was 16 years old, I left home to study in the city of Växjö, and a year later I left Sweden to attend the Atlantic College of the United World Colleges in Wales together with young enthusiastic students from all over the world. During two exiting years I learnt to understand the hopes and values of people from a multitude of different cultures. This prepared me for my adventures in India where I worked to inspire and empower disadvantaged children in orphanages and schools during my gap year.
By the end of my four years at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, I had received a first degree MA in Psychology as well as a range of prizes and diplomas for my high academic achievements. More importantly, besides my university studies, I obtained diplomas in Life Coaching, NLP, and counseling from the Open College. I also attended courses in mindfulness, massage, yoga and everything else related to personal development that I managed to get my hands on.
I am now part of the global International Coach Academy (ICA) network. I also received extensive coach-training from ICA.
